Done with the testing.
Conclusion: Fun but not worth the time
Currently testing Rose Online on the server RuffRose

Beginner guide: (written by a complete beginner)
Before you start playing. Read http://rose.gamersinfo.net/guides/default.php?type=Class
Know which class you're gonna play so you know what attributes (str/int/con/dex) that you gonna spend your points in.
YOU CANNOT RESET ATTRIBUTE/SKILLPOINTS!!! So don't missclick or something stupid like that.
For when you create your character: Have no clue what birthstone / start point does, probably nothing.
You're gonna start on Birth Island. Begin with talking with the fairy who is pretty close to you. Do the quests until you're level 3-6 then move on to the mainland.
First part of the mainland is Adventure plains. You're gonna spawn near a town. In this town, go and visit Gray, who should be located on the south east part of Town. Get the running quest and the gather quest. Kill the mobs just outside town that is needed until you're level 10, then return the quest to Gray.
When you're level 10 you're going to run to Canyon City of Zant. It's pretty far away so should take about 4-6 minutes and you run pretty slow.
From the first town, run north until you can see the entrance to "Valley of Luxem Tower". Enter that area. In this area, run north-northwest and from there you should see the entrance to Canyon City of Zant. First go and deliver the quest you got from Gray and pickup the follow-up quest. After that, go and talk with Warren who will start your job class change.
You can change profession twice, once at level 10 and the other time is at level 70.

Quests:
There are quest at lvl 20 and lvl 30 that give you an enchanted weapon, so complete them and you don't need to buy weapons until after lvl 40.

Some tips
- Don't be afraid of asking for buffs. THEY MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE!
- To make a party, there cant be more than 7 levels difference between the highest and lowest level.

finished with playing Rose.
Thoughs of it:
way to many lvl to grind. Once you get highlvl buffs you never wanna play without it because it makes too much of a difference. |
